Delhi, who were sent to bat first, got off to a thunderous start with the help of Australian openers David Warner and Mitchell Marsh, hitting boundaries freely and frequently.They were followed by yet another brisk innings from Shai Hope, who maintained the momentum to help propel DC to 86 runs by the 10th over.
The swashbuckling batter played a short but sweet innings of 18 off 13 balls before he was dismissed. However, what followed was a sudden collapse of the batting order, leaving DC in a position of jeopardy.
But the man who came to the rescue was DC’s Impact Player Abhishek Porel, who top-scored with an unbeaten 32 off only 10 balls, lifting DC to a competitive total of 174 after an early batting collapse.

2nd Innings PBKS vs DC: PBKS Batting
Prabhsimran Singh of Punjab came out firing on all cylinders, joining forces with Sam Curran to put on a scintillating display and push their team closer to the target.
However, Kuldeep Yadav's entry into the attack proved to be decisive, as the chinaman spinner quickly took two wickets in succession, swinging the momentum back in favor of his team.
At this juncture, Sam Curran took charge and played a composed innings, reaching a well-deserved fifty to guide PBKS closer to the target. However, the decisive blow came from Liam Livingstone, who remained calm under pressure and sealed the victory for Punjab with a powerful six straight down the ground.
